Our options include Eggs Benedict, traditional English breakfast, Shakshouka, a beautiful bowl of oats with
nuts and fruit or buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup. 

Our breads, yes, even the gluten free bread, are baked in-house, and we can accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions, just let us know in advance. 

At the Bread and Cheese Country Inn we believe breakfast is the most important meal of the morning, and so, all of our guests get theirs cooked to order and served in our communal dining room. With a bit of luck, you will be able to break your fast while looking at the gannets dive, or the whales blow. Either way, we'd like to think you'll have the best breakfast of your holiday!

Owners Paula, in charge of the pastry kitchen, and Pablo, offer a contemporary style restaurant based around local produce that is prepared with care, and full of Spanish and Asian influences, all served in a casual setting around our big table. We try to run a zero waste restaurant, and to do this we offer a closed menu that changes daily. Diners sit at a communal table and reservations are essential, so we can guarantee the freshest product, little waste, and the best possible service.

Drink

We carry a short but carefully chosen selection of wines. While our focus is on Spanish wines, and we are working with the NLC to bring some new and exciting wines to Newfoundland, we also have some VQA, authentically Canadian, wines. 

We stock locally made craft beers and zero sugar natural sodas as well.
